Erez Ziv, Managing Director
Erez has joyfully dedicated over 20 years of his life to creating a theatrical home for up and coming theatermakers in NYC. His educational history includes University of Minnesota, Jewish Theological Seminary and Oxford. He is a licensed fireguard, sprinkler systems inspector, flame proofing Supervisor, Central Park Carriage Driver, and wedding ceremony officiant. He is very happy to have firmly established FRIGID’s reputation in the downtown theater scene and internationally and to create a well-respected organization that continues to uplift some the New York City’s most innovative, talented and hard working theater artists. Thankfully the World keeps providing him with both fresh and refined talent to let loose on NYC and the world. Erez is the proud recipient of an OBIE Award, IT Award, NYTE Award and Acker Award all for community support. Erez is also a father.
Martha is a Mexican multi-disciplinary theater artist. She is the co-founder and artistic director of the hispanic theater company Something from Abroad, which has been part of the residency program at Frigid NY since 2016. She has played different roles for the company: producer, director, playwright and performer. She has worked as a Stage Manager for Chelsea Theatre, Hartbeat Ensemble, Chelsea Factory and The San Diego Repertory Theatre and as a Stage Manager and Assistant Stage Manager for three Off Broadway shows at the Theater Center. Her original play Pastorela was staged at the Lucille Lortel Theatre as part of the Tinsel festival. She recently curated the first Days of the Dead Festival with Frigid NY and Something from Abroad. Jimmy Lovett, Resident Artistic Director
Jimmy is New York City transplant from North Carolina by way of Massachusetts where they attended Hampshire College. Born into a family of theater nerds, they learned to crawl up stairs in a theater and have generally refused to leave since. Jimmy has been working at Frigid since 2018 when they started as box office staff and has put up several coproduction shows here. They are proud to curate Frigid’s annual Queerly Festival in June. They are a writer, theater artist, and maker currently living in Brooklyn with one husband and two cats. You can check out their Instagram @jimmyclovett for crafting and cat pics.
Hadley Todoran is a Bronx based stage manager and technician originally from Fort Wayne, Indiana. They have been the technical director of Frigid New York for the past three years, lending their expertise to plays, musicals, standup comedy, burlesque, and everything in between. They have worked with a multitude of companies in NYC over their 10-year career, including the New York Neo-Futurists, Infinite Variety Productions, and Ensemble Studio Theatre. You can find Hadley every Tuesday night running tech for The Open Mic Downstairs at Under St. Marks or walking dogs around the city. For Carter and Robby.

Trevor Latez Hayes, Marketing Coordinator
Trevor Latez Hayes is an Afro-Queer Actor, Writer, and Creative Entrepreneur based in NYC. He graduated from NYU Tisch in 2018 with a BFA in Acting and BA in Africana Studies. In the summer of 2018, He founded Black Boys Do Theater, a nonprofit organization and digital platform with the mission to increase the visibility of black folx in theater and work toward making theater more financially accessible. We have partnered with Signature Theatre, The New Group, MCC Theater, MTC and more. Elycia is originally from New Orleans, Louisiana moving to New York City to receive a Bachelor’s from Pace University. She has previously worked as the Company Manager for The Jonathan Larson Project and is currently the Administrative Assistant for TT Partners. Elycia is excited to be the Festival Coordinator for Frigid NY and ready to support artists the best way she can!
Jaque recently rejoined our team as our Ticketing Coordinator after working with us as front of house staff during New York City Fringe 2024.

Shula joined FRIGID New York (then Horse Trade) in 2008 after many years in corporate accounting. Thanks to FRIGID, she has now found a way to merge her professional career with her passion for the arts.
